Our golf tournament will be on Friday, June 25 with tee times in the morning.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your reservation for the FMA National Rally prior to June 1, 2010, a $35 administrative fee will be charged. Cancellations post-marked on or after June 1, 2010 will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee to cover non-parking related expenses.
All cancellations must be in writing and contain your confirmation/registration number.

Will a packet be mailed to me?
In an effort to conserve resources, all communication will be done via email. 2-3 weeks prior to the rally, each attendee will receive an email with the schedule of activities, directions, and confirmation of arrival date. This information will only be mailed to attendees without email addresses.
No access to email prior to arrival? No worries... the most current schedule of activities and other information will be provided in your welcome packet upon arrival. Maps and directions will be available on www.fleetwoodrv.com/mhevent.
I want to park next to friends, is this possible?
Yes, however, you and your friends must arrive and enter the fairgrounds together in order to have spaces next to each other. Spaces are not preassigned and they will be filled on a first come-first served basis.
Is there an area that I may park and wait for friends before parking?
Yes, there is a holding area at the fairgrounds for you to wait, but no overnight parking is permitted. There are several campgrounds and Wal-Marts in the vicinity that may have overnight availability.
Do I need to unhook my towed vehicle before entering the Fairgrounds?
No, you will be able to unhook after you arrive at the holding area.
I'm a single and do not have a way to get my towed vehicle to the parking space if I have to unhook.
The parking crew will bring you back to the holding area after you have parked your coach to retrieve your towed vehicle.
How do I schedule service for my motor home?
Service request forms are available at www.fleetwoodrv.com/mhevent; click on the service tab and download the form. All forms must be submitted no later than June 5, 2010.
Can I wait to arrive to make an appointment for service?
NO, please do not wait to inform us that you need service on your motor home. All requests for service must be submitted no later than June 5. Forms are available at www.fleetwoodrv.com/mhevent and click on the service tab.
I have a service appointment scheduled at the rally; do I need to move my motor home for my service appointment?
You will not need to move your coach for your service appointment. The service technicians will come to your camp-site at your appointment time. Please be available at your coach 30-minutes prior to your appointment time. Service is available for Fleetwood owners only.
Can I bring my own golf cart?
Yes, you may bring and use your own golf cart, provided its operation is covered under your insurance. Please be aware that golf cart use is at your own risk.
Will there be golf carts available for rent?
Golf carts will be available to rent directly from the vendor. Please contact Sharon at 866.275.2742. The pricing is: $42.50 per day for a 2 passenger cart and $62.50 per day for a 4 passenger cart. Fleetwood RV is not involved with the rental of the golf carts and is passing this information as a service.
Can I drive my scooter around the property?
Yes, you can drive your scooter around the property. For gas scooters that are street legal, you must have a license and it must be insured. Gas scooters are not permitted in the buildings.
Electric scooters for mobility access will be permitted in the buildings.
Will there be scooters available for rent?
No, we will not have scooters available for rent.
Are there any activities planned in the early arrival days?
The golf excursion is the only activity that begins on an early arrival day - June 25th. Since the golf excursion begins in the morning, participation requires arrival on June 24th.
Where is the golf tournament?
Red Hawk Golf Club and the $49 fee will include your entry fee, cart, lunch and a souvenir hat. Transportation to the golf course is not provided however, we will try to match you with another driver once you get to DuQuoin. Maps will be provided at the fairgrounds. Please bring your own clubs.
Where will the main activities be located?
The vendors, coach display and meals will be located in the Southern Illinois Center at the southeast side of the fairgrounds.
Entertainment will be in the covered grandstand.
Seminars will be located in several buildings; maps and schedules will be available on-site.
How will I know when events are scheduled?
Please continue to check back on the website www.fleetwoodrv.com/mhevent for updates. In addition, a schedule of activities will be sent via email to all attendees 4-6 weeks in advance of the rally.
Will there be activities for children?

May I drive my vehicle to the Southern Illinois Center?
Yes, you may drive your vehicle to the Southern Illinois Center area any time you desire. We encourage you to use the trams if possible.
Will there be a shuttle available?
Yes, trams will be available and a schedule will be available on site.

We are excited that you will be joining us for the 2009 Fleetwood Motor Home Association National Rally in Gillette, WY. Please review the following information as it will help you with your travel plans to Gillette.
You may check-in between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm on your assigned arrival day. Early arrival camping-fees are $20 per day.
There are no pre-assigned parking spaces. If you wish to park next to a friend, please arrive with that friend. We are unable to make advance parking arrangements. The parking pass included in this packet is for your coach, and should be place in the lower driver-side windshield before you arrive so parking volunteers will recognize you. A staging area is available on-site for you to wait and meet a friend you wish to park with; you may NOT park over night in the staging area.
The parking volunteers will direct you to the location where tow-vehicles can be unhooked. Towvehicles do not require a parking pass during the rally. There is a parking area available where trailers can be stored; ask a parking volunteer about the option best-suited to your situation.
Your name badge is required for entry into all FMA events during the rally. Badges will be included in your welcome packet. If your badges are not in your packet, we need more information from you; please visit us at the registration desk at your convenience.
A registration/information desk will be set-up inside the Wyoming Center near the main entrance. You may pick up your badges welcome bag here.

It is important that we have your emergency contact information on-file. If you did not provide us this information when you completed your registration, please visit us at the registration desk. Your parking pass also includes a space for an emergency contact number to call if there is an emergency with your coach.
Kids can enjoy two separate days of interactive fun. In conjunction with the Ice Cream Social sponsored by Spartan Chassis, at 2pm on Sunday kids of all ages can enjoy interactive carnival games inside the Wyoming Center. And then on Monday, during the General Membership meetings, kids of all ages can enjoy inflatable games and jumpers in the plaza behind the Wyoming Center. Inflatable activities will be available from 9am until 12 noon on Monday.
Join us in the Wyoming Center display area and enjoy free wireless internet!
Dog owners and their canine family can enjoy the off-leash dog park located on the east side of the camp-site area. Please remember to pick-up after your pets.
Starting Sunday, June 28, the Cam-Plex will host a 30-minute walk each day; meet Jori at the main entrance of the Wyoming Center at 7am to get your exercise before breakfast.
If you wish to cancel your reservation for the FMA National Rally prior to June 15, 2009, a $25 administration fee will be charged. Cancellations after June 15, 2009 will be subject to a $70 cancellation fee to cover non-parking related expenses. All cancellations must be done in writing. Exit 129 - Turn South onto Garner Lake Road. You will cross railroad tracks at the intersection of Hwy 14-16; continue through the intersection. Proceed to the Cam-Plex entrance sign and turn left onto Indian Paint Brush Drive, signs and guides will direct you to where you will unhook your tow vehicle, receive your welcome packet, and be parked.
Upon approaching Gillette, go to the second lighted intersection which is Garner Lake Road. Turn right onto Garner Lake Road. Continue North to the Cam-Plex and turn right onto Indian Paint Brush Drive, signs and guides will direct you to where you will unhook your tow vehicle, receive your welcome packet, and be parked.
